Can I have more that one image in my design?
Sure! A collage of images can work quite well. You can fmd samples of such designs in our gallery. Please let us know how many images you want in a single design before we start. There may be additional design charges.
How does the design and approval process work?
Once we have all your images and order form our team or artists will create designs (up to three) until we find something you love. We encourage you to look through our gallery pages and note any designs, color cobinations, or type treatments you particulary like. We wiil e-mail our design(s) to you and upon your approval we will print and ship your order. Our work is guranteed. If you don't absolutly love the design before we print there is no charge.
How will you ship my print?
For a print alone we will send it via USPS in a mailing tube. Original art, photos, and CDs sent to us will be returned in the same packaging they arrived in or in some cases the same mailing tube along with your print if possible. Framed prints will be sent UPS. Shipping charges will be apply.
I'm sending a digital file, what resoution should it be?
300ppi is Best.
What kind of file can I send?
Save and send your file as a JPEG
If I'm sending a digital file how big should it be?
If you are e-mailing an image to us or sending a CD you will want to send the largest version of it you have. If you are not sure, send a single example of what you have and we will be happy to let you know if it is adiquate.
If I'm sending a digital file what resolution should it be?
At final size we like images to be in the 240-300 ppi range for best results. If in doubt, send a single example of what you have and we will be happy to let you know if it will work.

How Do I Send My Files?

Digital files can be attached to an email and sent to: redhookpostercompany.com In both cases please be sure to include your name, address and phone number.
How can I be sure the color will be 100% accurate?
This is difficult. How an image appears on one monitor to another can be quite different. We will take great care to recreate the best possible color and resolution output with the materials provided. Still, some color varriation may be unavoidable.
